The cannabis in century XIX (1)
This century begins for the hemp the 8 of October of 1800, general Napoleón Bonaparte dictates the following decree:

With the signing of the Treaty of Tilset (1807) of Napoleón and the czar Alexander of Russia, the commerce between Russia and England was prohibited.
